Starry Friends
Pre-school - 1st grade 40 minutes
This program is designed for young children. It portrays the stars as seasonal friends and encourages youngsters to locate star patterns by naming them after familiar objects.
Our Place in Space 1
3rd grade 40 minutes
This program explores space with a host of endangered animals. Using a crossword puzzle as a backdrop, the program answers questions such as what is the sun, what makes day and night, and what is a planet.
Constellation Study
1st -12"' grade 50 minutes
The current evening sky is the focus of this program, with emphasis on the constellations, planets, etc. that are visible. Additional topics that can be included are meteors, comets, aurora, the Milky Way and galaxies.
The Solar System
4th - 12"' grade 50 minutes
We five in a solar system consisting of a sun and nine planets. This program explores each of the planets that share our sun.
Scale
6th - 12th grade 40 minutes
Just how big is the universe? This program attempts to answer that question through a series of 12 steps beginning on a park bench and ending at the edge of the known universe.
